When you submit our quote request form, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address (optional) and the description of your job. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

How your data is processed

• This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and may log technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of operating the service.
• Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, and our home page includes an embedded Google Map — in both cases your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google's servers when the page loads. Google's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
• This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
